Our goal is to prepare families for the birth of their babies, post-birth and breastfeeding.
The Nest Prenatal workshop is a 4 hour session and will include information on vaginal delivery, cesarean section, post-delivery, the first two weeks and getting breastfeeding off to a great start.
Our team will provide you with evidence-based information along with best practice.
This workshop is $150.00 (inclusive of tax) per couple and will include:

- Correct positioning of a baby in a car seat
